About Load Plate
Klug Avalon Mechatronics Pvt Ltd offers an in-house manufactured Load Plate to measure the line pull when installed either hoist line or luff line between wire rope and a dead end. This Load Plat also is known as Load Cell & is highly reliable for crane safety. The load plate is jointly mounted between the wire rope & the dead end, to provide accurate load measurement which then is passed to the safe load indicator control unit system in the form of digital value. This measured value is helping to generate the final output for the crane operator whether the lifted load is safe as per the load chart or not.
Note: At the time of primary installation, the LED Digital Display system is configured / set as per the load chart provided by Machine manufacturer.

The Load Cell / Load Plate sensor is so accurate that measures the lifted load to assure the safe working condition for the crane Operator, However, if lifted object load capacity exceeded the defined limit, then the control unit automatically lock the Crane until the operator press the bypass button is included in the SLI system control unit or until the Operator back to safe mode by adjusting one of the things (angle/ boom length/ load)
Following are the conditions when the cut-off situation activates the system and lock the machinery is:
- radius / Low boom angle
- Weight Overload situation
- A 2 B Limit Crossover signals
- radius / High boom angle

What is an Anti-two Block Switch?
