About Load Pin
The Klug Avalon Mechatronics Pvt Ltd offers in-house integrated load pins sensors for crane, industrial lifting equipment to measure the accurate lifted object’s loads and thus passes the digital values back to Safe Load Indicator System or Load moment indicator System. We provide Standard size Load pins sensors for your crane and as an in-house integration/ manufacturing unit, we also offer customized size load pins for end machinery and cranes. The output from the Load pins sensor is received by the Control unit to show the safe working condition to the operator. Generally, large cranes like EOT and Gantry Crane required this kind of Load pins to be replaced by the by-default canter pin of the pulley. The load pin comes with very high service life & can withstand high dynamic and shock loading as well.
Note: At the time of primary installation, the Load Pins sensor is configured/set as per the load chart provided by the Machine manufacturer.

What is an Anti-two Block Switch?
Over-hoist Switch measures the distance between the lifting hook block & Head of the boom crane, which avoids the collision between them and alerts the operator by sending signals via the SLI.
