Klug Avalon’s SLI Solution for lorry-loader cranes ensures comprehensive safety in lorry-loading operations. The solution measures the pressure to calculate the lifted load. The working capacity is calculated based on various parameters like boom angle and radius. This delivers accurate load measurements and eliminates the risk of overloading. The solution is self-calibrating and does not need any dead weight for calibration.
Pressure-based load measurement (optional)
- Dead weights not required for calibration.
- No welding of load sensor to the crane boom. This prevents boom damage.
- Line-rider (dynamometer) is not required. This prevents wire-rope wear & tear.
- High accuracy of load measurement.
