Klug Avalon’s SLI Solution for level-luffing crane comes with sensors to calculate lifted load radius and with angle sensors and A2B limit switch to protect the boom tip from hitting the hook block. It offers multiple load sensor options such as load clamp, load plate, load pin, and line rider. It also provides for an optional wind speed sensor.
Multiple load measurement options (Optional)
A load pin/ plate, usually customised for every crane, can also be provided to sense the lifted load. *
The load pin/plate enables greater accuracy in lifted load calculation and eliminates the need for a line rider (dynamometer), thus preventing wear and tear of the wire rope.
An additional integrated anemometer (windspeed sensor) provided for warning in case of heavy winds.
