Klug Avalon’s SLI Solution for lattice-boom cranes has been perfected through innovation and customer feedback. It provides a load plate or a load pin sensor for measuring load weight as an alternative to the line rider load sensor. This increases the accuracy of the SLI and decreases the damage and wear and tear caused to the wire rope.

Multiple load measurement options (optional)

An additional load pin/plate, usually customised for the crane, provided for sensing the lifted load.*

This enables greater accuracy in lifted load calculation and eliminates the need for a line rider (dynamometer), thus preventing wear and tear of the wire rope.

Additional windspeed sensor (optional)

An integrated anemometer (windspeed sensor) can be provided to warn in case of heavy winds.

Complex configurations

Upgradable system for additional hooks/ jib

  • For additional fixed jib – Upgradation with additional load sensor and A2B switch.
  • For additional luffing jib – Upgradation with an additional load sensor, angle sensor, and A2B switch.
  • For runner – Upgradation with additional load sensor and A2B switch.
  • For super-lift/ derrick –Multiple duties display for different combinations.
