Load Sensor

These sensors employ the same principle for measuring the force in the wire rope- Deflection Pulley Method. A Strain gauge based Load Sensor is used to measure this force. The dynamometer is used when the wire rope is running/ moving. Model selection depends upon

The draw-wire sensor using a precision analog encoder to measure the length. Its easily define distance and the angle.Draw wire sensors are low-cost, compact sensors which accurately measure the position or change in position of objects.Length drum is fitted on the boom of the crane so that when the boom gets extended, its wire fitted on the reel gets extended and if the boom changes its position (upward or downward) the angle sensor gets activated.

Tensile load Cell also known as load Plate measures the line pull when installed; either hoist line or luff line; between the wire rope and a dead end. We offer Load clamp designs with totally unique top mounted beam clamps for lifting equipment installation that are lightweight construction and can be fitted quickly. The clamp is fitted to the top beam flanges and was designed to assist when positioning heavy load bearing lifting equipment to the lower flange and reduce the risk of accidents. The two options have 1 or 2 lifting / suspension points that cantilever to the side of the runway beam. Temporary lifting gear is attached to this suspension then used to raise the main lifting equipment to allow installation to the underside of the runway beam.
