About Wind Speed Sensor
The Klug Avalon Mechatronics Pvt Ltd manufactures a highly reliable Anemometer / Wind Speed Sensor for cranes working on high altitudes. As it’s advisable that not to work in a condition when the wind speed flow is exceeded the normal favorable safe to work speed. This Wind Sensor is mounted on the top of the crane’s boom head and monitors the flow of wind speed to protect the operator from any accidents due to heavy lift loads in risky wind speed situations
Note: At the time of primary installation, the Crane Anemometer is configured/set to the normal state.

The length sensor is so accurate that measures the safe working condition for the Machine Operator, However, when the lifted object capacity is overloaded as per the boom then the SLI system automatically lock the Crane/machinery until the operator press the bypass button provided in the SLI system control unit or until the Operator back to safe mode by adjusting the situation (angle/ boom length/ load)
Following are the conditions when the cut-off situation activates the system and lock the machinery is:
- Radius / Low boom angle
- Weight Overload situation
- A 2 B Limit Crossover signals
- Min. radius / High boom angle
